Our company has 10 warehouses located throughout eastern New York State, New York City, Long
Island, and New Jersey filled with well over 160,000 square feet of inventory. We carry complete
lines of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment and related parts
to
satisfy your immediate need for product.
Delivery
We offer several free delivery options, as well as a multitude of special delivery services.
We offer 7 days a week, 24 hour a day service; as well as inside delivery, equipment disposal,
rigging, and other special handling and delivery services.
Sales & Technical Support
We employ knowledgeable, service-oriented personnel, as well as a number of specialized
customer support individuals. As a Wallwork customer, you will have access to
Residential and Commercial Equipment Specialists, Parts Specialists, a Technical Service
Department, and an Aftermarket Product Support Department including a Consumer Support Specialist. You will also have easy access to
our company’s upper management. As our customer, our whole company is available to assist
you.
Financing
We offer a number of payment options. In addition to a Wallwork charge account, we offer
third-party accounts, leasing options, and end-user direct bill programs. We also accept credit
cards.
